How does the Saltech Career Program work?

 


We divide our career program into 3 parts:

Part 1: Course-work and Certifications

We will focus on your theoretical enablement in Pega to understand how it works, its distinctive features, and how to use it to create workflows and automation. You will approach this first challenge with the constant support of our experienced mentors and a group of teammates.

Part 2: Practical Training

During this time, we seek to provide you with hands-on experience by putting your skills into action. You will cruise this phase with experienced mentors by your side.

Part 3: Project and Long-Term Experience

Once you are an experienced Pega developer, a myriad of professional opportunities to work on international projects will become available to you.
