Who are we?
Saltech Consulting is an official partner company of Pegasystems (an American software vendor) with its headquarters in Hungary and a presence in some other European locations. We enable enterprise clients’ digital transformation by delivering end-to-end solutions with Pega’s technology. We leverage the technology to build digital process automation (DPA) and customer relationship management (CRM) applications across different industries. We believe in creating value by following agile, lean, and design thinking principles.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a business professional with an interest in the latest technologies to join our business development team.
Our new business development representative is able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and has the “networking gene” to bring in new business opportunities.
We aim to work with someone who takes ownership of their goals and optimizes for continuous professional growth. If you enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and want to evolve in your role continuously, this position is for you!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Becoming fluent and certified in Pega’s technology by the end of your onboarding period
- Gathering and utilizing market intelligence
- Take an active part in occasional business trips abroad (mainly in the EMEA region)
- Contributing to designing our services
- Managing the top of sales (lead generation, qualification, assessment)
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Are fluent in English (fluent German language proficiency is an advantage)
- Reside in Hungary with a permanent residence and work permit is
- Have 2+ year of relevant work experience (experience in a multinational environment is an advantage)
- Have excellent organizational, time management, and social skills
- Are able to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity
- Are able to establish a pipeline of qualified opportunities within large enterprise organizations through video calls, emails, and social media.
- Are able to leverage insights and creative thinking to drive content innovations.
- Have the ability to articulate and deliver business value to both internal and external stakeholders
- Are familiar with business processes
- Have lean startup / Design thinking / Value Proposition Design experience (advantage)
